I make payment to company’s Karaikudi Branch Axis bank a/c no: 910020029881057, Rs.14100/- (Via Tezpur Br)on 05/07/2012 for 200 pc (Upgraded Loose) 2GB Micro SD memory card.
After depositing money to there account we demanded our material depatched courier reciept scan copy in my mail [email protected] but they are responseded very poorly then I make too many excuses on telephonic discussion to management for courier docket number,after all then they tolled me fake DTDC docket number & till date they are not given me any kind of dispatch proof.
I mailed to company on 11/09/2012 – That after receiving refund payment by company, I will erase online consumer forum complaint & also I will reply mail for received amount to company after receiving refund payment.
Now company want’s withdraw your submitted complaint first then your deposit amount will be refundable,but I cant belive to this company because there fraud policies.
so I gone previosly for online indian consumer forum complaint on 27/07/2012,now I am again posting complaint on 27/09/2012 to this forum because company is not refunded my deposit amount till date and giving me warning of legal notice by mail.
Mail matter recived by company on 27/09/2012 is given below.
Subject: urgent basics earse it and intimate other wise we will send u legal notice to u.
We are requested to erase it immediately daily we are spoiling our company
name if ur not eraseing this we will send u legal notice to you.
