Maruti wagon R new CNG – malfunction while driving back home,

Name of company/service: Maruti/ Reliance motor Insurance/Maruti Service Masters Okhla

Listening to all the three expert views it seems everybody wants to pass on the buck & no one is ready to take the responsibility. If we read the comments of the above three experts they seem to be contradicting with each other’s statement.
Because of one man’s carelessness i.e Mr Praveen Kumar – Sa- 9711474809-Maruti Service Masters – Me, My wife & my entire family has to go through such harassments.
I have been denied for my claim on my vehicles damage. Nobody is ready to take responsibility, neither the insurance company nor the Maruti Officials or service master Workshop.
The maruti officials say it’s a Hydrolock. Insurance company says there has not been any impact of any accident.
Then at least I should be covered under flood & if the vehicle has been ticked off as in running condition after the flooding inspection. Then the bending of Rod is not being justified.
If none of the parties are ready to take responsibility & explain me the real cause then , I will be forced to take further action , as I have already issued a intent of notice with the legals acts mentioned to Maruti service Masters. I may have to do the same with the insurance company if my problem does not gets resolved.
Also I will have to mention the agony & stress I am undergoing because of the irresponsive attitude of such renowned brands in the market in the Social media & print media such as Twitter, Facebook, Akosha.com etc & Times of India.
Please help me resolve this matter with proper investigation & justification.
