Dear Sir
I have purchase SWIFT DESIRE VDI car on Dated 22-Oct-2010 form Audi Motors Ltd. Sri ganganagar ..so all service work completed from authorized Service center but we face gear problem on 53214 km then gear repaired by maruti in under warranty ….But after gear repair our car run mostly 71102 km ( Run gape is 17888 )……then again facing same problem in gear then we also visit Maruti service center then he refuse for gear problem rectification so our question is that ……….
•If customer all routine check-up complete from Maruti service center on timely then why not extend warranty period ????????
•The gear repaired on 53214 km then how to possible again reassign the same complaint on 71102 km ??????????????
•If on only 17888 km Car’s gear problem again reassigns …this is not good job by Maruti..
•we have complaint in Maruti then customer care Representative open wrong complaint then who is responsible for the same ??????
•If Maruti last gear repaired with good job then should not be open gear problem in short time ???????
•If the complaint is may be open in 17000-18000 km then this is very very bad massage for customer ………
•Responsible ASM ( Mr.Sidharth singh ) and Audi motors Service manager is not intervenes in this matter on priority ……..
Last Gear Repair invoice and receipts is attached for your ready ref…….
so plz check the case and take a prompt action on priority ASAP.
