I had opted for Matrix Cellular (International) Services Pvt. Ltd. Services (Account Code: 675986 , Matrix No. : 836071296, Bill No SA395849/M2482200) at the time when I was going to South Africa with my family to visit my brother.
I had opted for Plan Code: SA0111SPL1s12 in which they had asked me to pay ZAR 150 for unlimited data usage, apart for dial out calls to be charged on actuals, which I agreed upon.
As per the standard policy, they take pre-authorization on your credit card to debit the money from your credit card once you come back to India.
However when the bill came to me, it came to me as a surprise that they have charged full amount for the data usage in the bill.
I did informed them about the same over phone and email and they did confirmed to me that the amount will be credit to my account, however they charged me the full amount since the pre-authorization was taken from me on my credit card.
I have been following up since then over an email and phone but they are not responding to the same or give me a credit for the same.
