Marksheet didn’t dispatched yet

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Kharagpur&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: IGNOU</p>I, Jyoti Sharma took admission in IGNOU Kharagpur centre code- 2824D, in the session of July 2009-2012. I had submited all my assignments and appeared at all exams. Session fees are cleared. But still I didnt get my marksheet by the Institution. I had already emailed them to dispach my marksheet but yet no action have been taken. I want my marksheet please help me to get it by IGNOU. My enrolment no. is – 096198492. The Institute of the IGNOU had done fraud at the time of issuing hall ticket.Thank you.
