Manufacturing Defect in Split AC Outdoor Unit. I want it to be replaced by new Outdoor Unit

Dear Sir,

MY COMPLAINT No. at VOLTAS is: 14051803963

my AC is out of warranty.

I have 1.5 ton Voltas Vertis Platina Model,

But Since i have purchased this AC there are number of complaints in every summer.

If Voltas AC Customer care will see the complaints in my account by entering my Mobile No. 9825530507 in their system they will find number of complaints i have filed for this AC. This Clearly indicates that this Piece of AC is Definitely Defective

Last summer the fan of outdoor unit broke and its wings punctured the coil. So i had to install new fan and coil from the company. its costs me Visiting Charge: 450, Fan: 800, Coil : 4200, Gas Charging : 2650, Transportation Charge : 300.

Total I spent Rs. 8400.00. I have the receipt of the same given by your company.

This summer i got the same problem. Again the wings of the Fan of Outdoor unit has broken and punctured coil and all gas has leaked. So again i have to make the same expenses (Rs.8400.00) as before. what to understand? Its definitely a manufacturing defect.

My request is that the company must replace me the outdoor unit. i trusted the brand and opted for it.

How much money should i pay for the maintenance?

same problem is repeated mean its the company fault.

pl maintain my trust in the brand and attend my complaint as soon as possible.

The supporting documents and invoice of Purchase, Repairing Charge, Visiting Charge are attached herewith.

Kindly do the needful for me. I will be obliged to you.
