manufacturing defact in micromax A100

Name of company/service: Micromax A100

Hi,
I bought Micromax A100 phone from Croma retail 3 months back.
From starting the phone has many issues, it hangs many time specially if any conversation is continued for more than 30 mins.
Secondly the camera is of very much inferior quality. Before A 100; I was using LG GT 540 (optimus) and was satisfied with the camera. I used to take photos of news in paper, visiting cards, ads and used to store it for later working. It can’t be done with Micromax A100. Camera is of very cheap quality and performance is bad. A100 can’t take photo in macro mode, so it can’t take any photo of text.
I contacted service center and checked multiple phones and realized that its the manufacturing defact with A100. Now I either want correction (which I don’t think will be possible) or money back (preferred) or replacement with any other model matching A 100 specification (less preferred).

I hope Micromax will take this complain seriously and will take some action.
