I have used their broadband service for more than 1 year. Their are several interruptions i got when receiving their service. But in the month of june i wont get their connection for more than 3 weeks, when i contacted their customer care no, they answered me that their service wont be available for next 2-3 weeks, and no amount will be charged for interrupted service, then i disconnected their service and submitted their device(nano) to person belonging to them. After that i got their call several time asking for their device, and for paying bill for unattended service. I told them several times that no to call me but they keep on calling me and harass me mentally.
They have also told at the time installation that 500Rs will be refunded whenever service is disconnected but they haven’t given check for such.
