I was using Idea connection (9947553868) for last 8 months last month I got a Bill for rs 2500 that which i havent used . i have taken idea to access internet ,in the month i was not able use my mobile as it was out of order When i gone through the bill they charged me 1500+ for bill charge ,plan change etc etc which i am not aware about
Normal bill used to be around 1200 less but in month of Jan 2016 i was not able to use their service as my phone is dead
I wrote to customer Care but the response is like will charge u as we like
Please look in the matter
