Malpractice and deceive from Reliance BigTV

I recharged my dth connection on 2 ND December 2015 with 300 rupees. After 3 or, 4 days my TV did not get start. I contacted the customer care service of big TV, they registered my complaint. The next day their engineer came and touched a lead behind the set top box and the TV got started. I asked him about the fault, he said that the software was hanged. The company debited 175 rupees as their service charge. After two weeks they messaged me to recharge the connection and I did. After recharging when I checked my account balance they activated some movie of Charlie chaplain without my permission. When I again contacted the customer care service they denied to refund and debited 50 rupees. This way the company exploited me. Please help…
