Making me to pay money for under warranty product(mobile)

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Jabalpur&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: samsung service center 0003316143__Alfa enterprises,LG-4,jain tower,russel chowk jabalpur 482002</p>Sir, I have purchased samsung galaxy 5830i mobile phone on 11th Nov 2012.After 30 days my handfree was not working properly.After some days my phone’s handfree jack got damaged.Now when I have told this problem to the service center they charged me 800 Rs. And told me that your phone will not be considered under physical damage.Further, they have charged me such a high amount which is not acceptable for such a minor problem.
