Making fool by the name of 3g Services

Hi,

My Name is suraj rai and I am useing Relaince GSM service. I saw relaince 3g services advertisement.As per ad they are telling to give 3g services in 123 Rs. I have recharged my relaince number with 123Rs but i am not getting 3g speed, I am getting same speed howmuch speed I was getting in 2g services. Company telling thet are giving upto 24 MBPS speed however I am not getting even 1mbps. this is serious fraud by company.

pls do the needful.
