Main Balance Reduction on 3G Data usage inspite of having 3G DATA PLAN

Location/place: Indore

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

I had activated 3G data plan & get 50MB usage, on 23 june 2013 that was valid till midnight. but on downloading a less than 10MB data i was charged from my main balance though i had more than 15MB data remaining to use. when i call to the customer care they told me i had used more data than the data left for use. though after my main balance reduction i still had 4.65 MB data left. I was charged 90 Rs then refuses to pay me back

    Probably the reason for this is that your connection has been hijacked by some staff of Tata Docomo who has distributed your account number to friends/relatives. Since a rotten and lousy company does not provide you with facility to change your PW at regular intervals. The only place where this mischief is starting is in the accounts department where one has the easiest access to the account numbers. But the Management of Tata Internet are so stupid that they cannot put an end to this blatant cheating. By not undertaking an action, it simply means that Tata Docomo is promoting the mischief makers.
