Main account balance deducted with out any reason

hello everybody
Very good evening to all.
I have recharged rs.799 on 2nd feb2015 on reliance no. 7029227331
this is a special pack on which i’ll get unlimited R-R local, 10000 min R-R std, 30 min daily R-Other(std or local).
The validity of recharge is 28 days that is till 1st mar mid night. But on 1st march i called on +916722211428 and i was charged for this of rs 6.44 from my main balance. Then i checked by *367*2# & saw my 30 minute which should be credited to me was not there.
Then i tried to call 198. i could not able to connect through this number
Then i tried to call *333 first she could not able to resolve again i call after 5 min he transferred the call to senior one. Before connecting to senior my call got disconnected because of low balance. before that i asked him weather i will be able to connect your senior or not because i have low balance. he replied me of course you can. I was charger rs 2.00 then also they don’t help me out anyway

i send email to them regarding this on 1st march but still i have not received replies yet. i’m help less.
there should be some rules and regulation on these companies. they are playing with us.

    hi i am parney sagar from Ambala Cantt.my 1112 rs has been deducted from my no on 24 feb 2015 then i compliant reliance autthority center but he tell me there is no data shown on system my no is 9355203603 but today 4 march he tell me ou can use GPRS i am not use any gprs please refund my balance
