Magic Holidays No response on membership cancellation request

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Panoramic Group/ Magic Holidays

I had taken a membership of Magic Holidays paying 10% of entire membership fee. I did not like the service and want to cancel my membership.
Lalit – Customer representative does not respond on his phone 0091 992082779.
There is no reply to the Email and repeated reminders sent to [email protected]

Panoramic group, especially Magic Holidays is the worst Holiday maker that I have ever come across.

Dont even think of makin ga deal with them. This knows only to eat your hard earned money and fly away.

    Even I do have this same feedback for MAGIC Holidays. They just ruined my vacations. They are so sucking and good for nothing.

    When I visited them for the 1st time in their office located in WAVE mall, Lucknow, they jst lured me with great offers, packages, deals and off course their so Honey dipped talks. I had bought their plan few mnths bck and finally provided them with the dates I wanted my bookings in their hotels 1 month prior to my visit. They said that they will provide me the details of the bookings as they get the confirmation frm the hotel. I askd them for the confirmation after 2 days, they again asked for 2 days. And this keeps on going with frequency of 1 day further, they just repeat “SIR TOMORROW FOR SURE” and now it’s the day I am left with only 2 days to my tour and they said that “SORRY SIR, YOU CAN’T GET THE BOOKINGS, PLEASE SHIFT YOUR TOUR”. I had done all my travel bookings and now they say please shift your tour. Couldn’t they have told me before so that I could have made my bookings on my own.

    Even when I asked them to cancel all my bookings and refund me my money if you can’t provide, they say that “SORRY SIR WE CAN’T REFUND NOW, IT WILL TAKE 2 MONTHS TIME”

    I already cancelled my white card membership No.MH/AHM/1715 uptil today bank debited ecs charge I never snd oppos EMI systems. I disliked its.I say after msrch plesse give me Down payment white card rates. I want that time fully payment. But regret to inform you that many of time my personally your A’bad. C G office visited but not quotation provide me.I earnestly request you to stop my ecs debit EMI.I already send twice e mail in these connection. Please acknowledge my these request. Thanking you.
