No magazine receive from Art India after 1 year subscription

I have paid 960 in http://www.artindiamag.com for 1 year subscription
on 25th April 2014 on the name of Sucharita Manna.After the
transaction I haven’t got any message or mail in my registered number
and email id.I have tried to call in their registered Number and mail
several times but yet I havn’t heard anything from them and also they
