Name of company/service: Reliance India Mobile – Prepaid Service
I have made a recharge of 85/- on 14/7/2013 and also paid for a STD plan of 37/-. I have got back confirmation of value on SMS.
But next day my balance got deducted and made zero without any reason and when asking customer care they are not providing any details nor crediting the same to me.
Even every-time their executive is saying that either we are not having details and call afterwards and many a times after listening my number disconnecting my call.
Now even they start talking rudely with me and saying “U can go to any consumer court / forum”.
Please help me out as it is a matter of business ethics and moral value.
