Made full payment still no delivery of vehicle, just false promises

Hi,

My name is swarupa bhowmik, mobile no 08882471023. I had booked a Honda dio on Mar 22 2012 from Om Sai Autoworld, Malad, Mumbai. Booking no. 81252. Receipt no.11468 and 11469.

I made the full payment of 52000 and was promised that the vehicle will be delivered within 45 days if i made the full payment (before 8th May). However since then i havent’ heard from them. I called them on 10th May they informed the bike has been dispatched from chennai and will be delivered by 20th. On 20th May they said by month end. then 15th June. end of June and now they are saying it would be delivered before 15th July.

They even said i can take my money back. However they should be penalised as this is just cheating. Please escalate this and get the bike delivered as soon as possible.

Also please charge them interest for the excess period they kept my money and didn’t deliver the bike.
