Machine not delivered but cash deducted

I had requested for a swiping machine in India Transit in the month of February. They said the machine will get delivered in 1week but its already 4months and the machine is not delivered. In between they delivered a wrong machine and took that machine for replacement and did not deliver the machine which i ordered for. Am trying to contact them but no response from them.
