Name of company/service: LUMINOUS INVERTER
We bought luminous invertor and battery from Bangalore about 3 month ago . till date we have been complaining that the invertor is not working properly in your local office and the dealer we bought with . they have been not responding and we fail to understand that luminous being such a big company are delivering such a unconditional quality product .
The luminous does not work for more than 30 minutes and gives as a info overloading . when we complain the same to your local representative , they claim contact luminous …
We have been giving complaint to your people ,once your representative came and told everything is fine .and said we will give the feedback ,but till date he is suppose to return ,but we failed to get his message . my dad is following from the date we bought your invertor … he might have spend atleast 100 calls from day one .

Hi, I hope you people will be serious to respond , if not . I have no option but to go to consumer court to get justice .
