luggage not recieved at raipur

i had sent my luggage from LTt terminus on 19.08.2010. with ltt shalimar express slr988703 for raipur.But till date i have not recieved my luggage at raipur,here probably it was not unloaded.Due to job constraints i cannot personally visit shalimar station in West Bengal,please help me in this moment of despair, i hope u will seriously take up the matter and solve it. number details:builty no.561539 slr988703 plsz reply at [email protected]
