Respected sir,
This is to keep you informed that I have booked a new broadband connection from LS Broadband on 05-02-2015 (Receipt no: 068) and I have filled in form and completed all documentation formalities, I have given 1500/- Rs Cheque and asked the sales executive (Mr. Narender – 8466997155) to present the cheque on 09-02-2015 so that it will be honored. So the very next day two engineers came to my home for laying the cables ( Address: H no: 26-47, Plot no: 11, Haritha Homes Colony, Near Kakatiya Talent School, Badangpet, Saroor Nagar mandal – 500058) and I asked those engineers not to lay cable as the cheque was not honored.
So later on 08-02-2015, I have called Sales Executive (Mr. Narender – 8466997155) and informed him that I want to withdraw connection because of my personal problems, he was not ready and he started to argue with me and used abusive language, the way how he spoke with a customer was so arrogant, however I have requested Mr Narender to cancel the connection and return my documents along with the cheque, for which he told that documents will not be returned as after cancellation documents will be dummy, however on that day I have informed not to present the cheque, he was OK with it and disconnected the call. For my surprise on 11-02-2015 I have got a SMS alert regarding the cheque bounce, when I contacted Mr Narender since then his mobile is switched off and when I called Customer Care on 66655588 their response was not satisfactory.
Ever since I opened SBI account since then I did not have even a single cheque bounce and now just because of this LS Broadband I have suffered a lot and my bank record got spoiled.
Hence I would request you to take necessary action and punish the culprit.
