LPG booking anomalies

Sir,

This is for a month now I had been trying to get the dealing person of the gas agency where I am a consumer over phone very frequently just to inform about leakage of the LPG cylinder delivered to me but to my utter dismay, I failed to, as the person never received my call.

I was bound to bother one of the employees of the office who makes home delivery of the cylinder to me. He was bed-ridden with fever at that time. After much phone calls to him, I could finally get my cylinder replaced.

Now for a week I was trying to get the same dealing person of the Gas Agency to book a cylinder in my favour. I failed due to the same reason.

The agency is named Sarada Gas Agency, Karimganj, Assam. My Consumer number is 9359 and it is in the name Shobhan Sen and having home delivery facility.

I had to lodge a complaint against the same gas agency to the consumer forum about two years ago for anomalies of LPG cylinders. I got a prompt action on the part of consumer forum that time and my problem was resolved. Unfortunately, I am bound to lodge a complaint again now against the same concern.

Please do the needful because this complaint is not peculiar only in my case. This problem has become a regular feature of Gas Agencies in this place including enormous black-marketing of cylinders.
