Loyality bonus not given

Hi,

I have purchased a car from hyundai and before that also i was using hyundai car and i have not soled the old car and i asked for loyality bonus then delar told me that he will give after one month when i will sale the Car if not sale then also he will give . i asked same time give then he refuse to give same time .
Now i am asking same and he is not giving same . please help us to get the refund of this .
