On 11.06.2013, I, Gaurav Gaur, have booked online order for “iBall Slide 3G 7271 Calling Tablet (Grey)” of cost 8098 Rs.
On 20.06.2013, i have received 1 pack from First flight on COD Basis. I have paid 8098 Rs to Courier person to release my booked order.
But “NAAPTOL” has delivered me low cost item tablet “Videocon VT75C” Of cost only 6500 Rs.
On same day, i have informed “NAAPTOL” about this irregular delivery. Bill attached is related to “IBALL Tablet” but material is low value item “Videocon”.
“NAPPTOL” Has denied to pay shipping and booking charges while dispatching it back to “NAAPTOL” address.
I feel very exhaust while doing all such unnecessary action and processing. Please provide me appreciate refund value for “NAAPTOL” online shopping irregularity.
I have full confidence in proper action from your side.
