LOW SURRENDER VALUE OF INSURANCE POLICY

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Sanjeevani policy no.00178425from Future Generali Life Insurance Co.in July 2009 and for medical eexps I required money and contacted to co. for surrender the same and comany people told me surrender value Rs. 169000/- and when I recd money in my bank a/c it was Rs. 133000/- instead of Rs.169000/- and I wrote so many mail to the co. but not recd any satisfactory reply.

Now I request you to relaese my remaining funds from company.
