Low quality products supplied and advertises something different

I have purchase a steel dinner set of Bhalaria company of 91 pcs ,the quality of that product is very poor .I have paid Rs.5299/- for same. I have thought by spending such huge sum of money I could get better dinner set but the quality of steel utensil is of third class.I have contacted customer care regarding refund of above items but they refused to do so.Buying such products online is a kind fraud. I have ordered above product in the name of my collegue serving at Delhi Mr. Raj Kumar vide order no.20130213040477. Action should be taken against such company who were playing with the emotions as well as money of people like me. The product is not also an ISI marked.
