Low Quality Product – with missing freebies, not paying money back

Hello Sir,

I had ordered Joyo dinner set from shopcj, product is not up to the quality also the freebie offered was missing.

I had made the many calls, but no response found, They set me on hold after saying transferring the call to complaint department.

After posting complaint on their social media platform, one of their representative talked to me, and replied positively that they will take the parcel back and send back money to account.

After this response they had not called back, and so many social media interaction, they called me again with same reply that their delivery service provider has some problems and they will send my money back earliest possible.

After all these many conversation, it’s almost months… but now they are even not replying to my social media replies, no customer service, no call.

I have wasted my money and time on the product, calls and on online interaction but no till no refund. .

Kindly please do the needful. How will I get my money back.
