DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I HAD A BMW 530D ON MY FATHERS NAME. IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER MY CARS DRIVER SIDE SHOCKER GOT LEAKED AND GOT IT REPAIRED FROM SHANGI MOTORS A AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIP OF BMW LOCATED IN JAIPUR. AND JUST AFTER 1500 KM THE SAME SHOCKER HAD LEAKED AGAIN AND DAMAGED THE OTHER SHOCKER AS WELL DUE TO OVER LOAD ON SINGLE SHOCKER. I HAD WROTE A MAIL TO BMW AND THEY HAD TAKEN 1 MONTH AND THEN ALSO THEY PROTECTING THEM SELF.
MY CAR WAS WITH COMPANY OF APPROX 1 MONTH AND STILL STANDING WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND NO COMPENSATION HAD BEEN GIVEN BY BMW INDIA . I HAD ASKED THE COMPANY HOW THE NEW SHOCKER HAD LEAKED KINDLY GIVE ME THE EXPLANATION. BUT THEY DENIED TO GIVE THE SAME.
