Low internet speed and no proper response or resolution provided

Sir, i’m sandeep horeb , i’ve been airtel customer from almost 4yrs.From last 6 months i’m facing very slow internet speed @ 5kbps to 10 kbps,regarding this i registered many complaints from 4th septmeber 2013 but no resolutions from airtel, so i thought to port to other network but as they requested i waited patiently.Right after talking to airtel port responding team on 20th spetember 2013 my speed dropped from 5kbps to bytes now i’m not able to access my internet ,same issue with 3G either,paying more but never been a satisfying customer .Now who is going to pay me back what i lost this month?.Serious action to be taken against this issue

    Namaste Mr Rakesh ,
    Thanks for atleast responding for my complaint. Its not my problem resolved but i lost hope in you and thought of moving to another network, still not sure which to choose so waiting.6 months is not small period and i waisted more money even on 3g trusting you to resolve my 2g soon and soon doesn’t mean 6 months …Last month i faced worst of all my 4yrs , speed is in bytes what should i do with those bytes??? .Customer service acts like they don’t care what my problem is and keep suggesting me clear cache and cookies.
