Low internet speed and Balance deduction

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

i have recharged my number by 250 net on 17/6/2013.. in which i have got 1GB 3G data and 2G unlimited.. but my area is under 2G network there is no 3G network here.. upto that 1Gb my internet speed is 20-26kbps.. that is 2G speed.. after 1gb there is only speed 5-7kbps.. while i m recharged a pack of 95 earlier that is 2G pack there is also a speed of 20-26kbps.. but this speed is only 5-7.. company give me 2G unlimited but not give me 2G speed.. i called the customer

    This is not only the case where you are. The same is the case here in Navi Mumbai where it is still rotten. My internet connection has been hijacked by more than six persons. Someone out of the Tata Docomo/TTML has given my ID which cannot be changed (Absolutely shameful) and hence TTML is encouraging promotion of malpractices by their own staff. Tatas have ethical codes but who cares for these codes in this Organisation. Absolutely disgraceful and height of shamelessness.
