Respected Sir, Maam, jet Airways have lost our valuable bag full of Gifts, costly camera, diamond set New Clothes, etc of me Saurabh Puri and my wife Anshula puri while we we were coming back from goa 0n 14 December 2014, we have done everything police Fir, complaint in jet, everything has been done from our side,We are really upset now. we went Goa After marriage as honeymoon tour,My wife was carrying all new branded clothes, One diamond set, one branded new saree,Gifted by her parents in the marriage.our bag total cost was Approx Rs. 2 lakhs, eighty seven thousand Rupees. Jet airways confirmed us in written that they have received our bag on delhi Airport.and you will receive your bag in 2-3 days. but approx 2 months have been passed away. now so shame to say that they are saying that bag has been lost again. when they have seen valuables gifts , ornaments in the bag. costly diamond set,somebody have stolen our bag. now they are giving us just Rs: 2700/only.how shameful thing just Rs2700 of newly wed couple bag.just Imagine.Somebody please help us. we want justice. no body in jet airways are replying to our emails now.Our flight No was 9w- 309.and fir complaint no is 44273 in the name of Saurabh puri on date 14-12-2014 in the evening time. which we have done in the jet airways office.our bag was of 6 -7 kg approx.please help us.
