Dear Sir/Madam,
I am suppose to receive a package from this Delhi through this courier agency on 4.6.2012 and it has been over 2 months and i keep calling the agency everyday and the only reply i get is that it will take a week more. There has been some fault from the agency’s side and they tell me that it is stuck in sales tax. I have patiently waited all this time but now i have no other coice but to write to you. I am not even sure if my parcel is lost or if it is in perfect condition.
I request you to please help me with this problem as I am left helpless.
