Lost my package in Transit

Hi,

I ordered gold coin with offer and got some instant bank discount as part of the offer.

They did not deliver my order and said your package was lost in the transit.

On making multiple calls to the customer care, they initiated a refund but the refunded amount was less than the actual cost of the product.

So basically they are making fool by launching these offers and not delivering the product in special discount.

Please take appropriate action and suggest if there is anything I can do from my end.
