lost document and no response on customer care number

Location/place: bhandup west station plaza

Name of company/service: DTDC

They lost my document and they don’t pick up the phones and when i went to the center they told me that my document is in ghatkopar branch we will get it by ghatkopar branch and you can collect tomorrow morning and now when went in their office they told me that they dont have my document thay dont know whwre it is,such an unprofessional behaviour they do i can’t belive,all the numbers available on internet are wrong or invalid .the customer’s documents are not important for them but thesethings are very important for customers. now they have no solution for this problem.
