Hi,
DTDC bangalore ofc has lost my courier worth 2500/-.
courier got delivered in bangalore bammasandra office on 23/06/2012 and since then till 30/06/2012 it was showing out for delivery.
No one from dtdc contacted me though my contact number was mentioned on courier.
On 29/06/2012 when i called DTDC office to inquire about the courier, they didn’t respond properly.Then same day i visited the office and inquire & they said courier is in another office, i went to another office to check & they sent me back to Bomasandra bangalore office where i visited previously.Then I took contact number of delivery boy(ramesh) the one who was responsible for delivering courier, his manager(Ramu) and the branch manager(Vincet) and told them about the courier.Ramesh didn’t even talk to me properly and was disconnecting the call.Than i called Vincet and Ramu . They told that they will find the courier and will get back to me in 30 minutes.But they never got back.I again called vincet and he told me that they will deliver the courier on saturday(30/06/2012). I kept calling them on saturday they gave me hundred different excuses and didn’t deliver the courier.Nextweek i tried following up with them but no body from their end responded.They stopped taking call. I visited the office again and they told me they will get back to me and the same story no one get backed.Now what should I do…please take some action against this.
