I have sent one parcel on 28.03.2013 to following addres:
Mr Daya shankar Singh
A1,Saket vihar,
Harmu-RANCHI(Jharkhand)vide tracking no:334729205 the parcel is still not recieved.Till yday they were saying its in Kolkata…but today they saying its lost..and sometimes they say its delivered.The parcel is not delivered.Please find below the follow up emails:
NO…..i have enquired from ranchi office also..
They had confirm information regarding this that no such consignment with subject tracking number has been recieved and dispatched.The reciepient never recieved it.
PLEASE DONOT COMMUNICATE WITHOUT BACKUP.
To check your claim i had sent people at your ranchi office and from their the reply was that even they are searching for this missing parcel..
I had word with your baroda office today morning..i’ll file for claim as well as complain.
