Loss of item to be delivered and rotten food and miss behave

we have ordered for 2*chicken thalis and 2*mango lassi having order no – 1539576618 from Zomato on 26th September, 2018 at 11:16 pm. but when we received the order we just got 1 piece of each item and the mango lassi delivered was rotten. when we complain about this they told us that they are refunding the price of the order and extra 46 rupees. we were not agreed upon this term but they didn’t pay hid to us and did the same. even when we just let the matter gone and order from another restaurant in zomato immediately and when we get the no of delivery boy and called him to ask him to be careful this time . we got a call from an unknown no within 15 minutes and misbehaved with me.
