Loss of item

I’ve booked my household items worth this company for shifting my items from Bangalore to Siliguri. A person named Deepak Sharma who was the incharge facilitated loading of goods and I handed over the entire fee i.e 19500/- to him.

But even after a delayed service, I did not receive my complete items which were loaded in Bangalore. One of my bed part ( ply parts) was missing without which the bed cannot be assembled again thus making it of No use. The cost of bed is 14000/-

Now the person Deepak Sharma is not responding properly and on asking to reimburse the cost of bed( as I also made a insurance of Rs 50,000) , he is not picking up my calls
