Loss incurred due to delay activation in porting by Vodafone

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have port my mobile number 9911451422 from Airtel to Vidafone. My porting request was accepted by Vodafone. I have received a msg on my number that services to my number has been deactivated by my current service provider and i have to insert the vodafone sim in my mobile to get the serviced of vodafone. As per their instruction i have to call on 117 for tele verification. As per instruction i have called on 117 and completed my verification about 11 P.M on 06/04/2015. However, even after that services to my number were not activated. I hace called several times to their customer care and nodal offices but they confirmed me that i have not done tele verification due to which my serviced were not activated. But when as per their instructions i have called on 117 then it was informed by computer operator that my verification has been already completed. After struggle of 14 hours, i have visitef their customer relationship center and they informed that verification has been completed and after 3-4 hours of wastage at customer relationship center somehow my services has been activated after 18 hours. Due to late activation of my number than the maximum porting time i have missed a important contract and incurred a loss of Rs. 50000. Please suggest who will going to reimburse my loss. Also, services of vodafone in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi area are very poor and nobody from the company provide any satisfactory reply.
