Loss Incurred by me because of their Carelessness

In November 2006 i had bought Shares worth Rs.16371.90. a day or two later IciciDirect through sheer carelessness closed my De-mat a/c.Thus these Shares were locked out and i was not able to sell them.after much running around and delay caused by their inefficiency i was able to open another De-mat a/c and had it linked to my trading a/c. but i could not get credit of these Shares because of time lapse, which was caused by them. so i asked them to Credit me the amount of Rs.16371. in mid 2011 they claimed they Credited me Rs.4484.02.There was no written intimation to me about it. i had to make many STD calls to Mumbai to be informed about this .So the paid me an amount of Rs.11,887.88 short directly. No Interest was paid. of course my loss was much more owing to the fact i was not able to sell them at appropriate time. i would be grateful for you help in recovering my loss of Rs.11,887.88 plus Interest.
