Loss due to negligence by service provider

Location/place: Badlapur East

To Whom so ever it may concern.

My self Sunil Nair am resident of Badlapur east area and am using internet service provided by M/s SV Internet Pvt since past 16 months.

The service is down atleast 3 days every month due to any laymen reason, no credits or service extension is given for the same.

on 10th June 2012 my service were down i complained and half a day late the service guy came he said one of the core wires is cut off so he did some twiking and started the service when i insisted him to check the cable he didnt.

Due to this in last weeks rains water entered the cable line from inside and was spread in my MAcbook laptop which shot circuited the motherboard and hence caused me 22000 rs to get it done. even after the event daily i used to call SV Internet gy for repairs they never bothered to lookin also gave reasons that tey dont have any one to take care of the issue. after 4 days finally one of the guys shows up again he didnt change the cable just did some twiking, the service are again down not even went on for 24 hours.

When i call up to complain they didint pickup the call from 8 pm to 9.30 pm finally when tried from unknown number they reply and say that they cant help at this time.

I would request you to look into the matter and get my losses recovered, also making sure such frauds get good punishment for this kind of behaviour.
