loss claim on snapdeel

i had purchased a projector through snapdeel but it was not as i expected i had request for replacement also but still no response by the company. Due to lack of replacement services i am facing big problems and i have to pay 1500 per day for projector rent from 24 september till now please resolve my problem and company have to pay for this inconvenience for projector rent.
