We had a real bad experience of Eureka’s RO water purifier which was purchased in 29/3/2011. The numbers mentioned on the bill never got connected. After a year when somehow got the correct numbers of their service office, the new technician says that the bill is duplicate. They forced us to go in for replacement of some of the candles inside, everything was charged, The taste of water is changed. We are not getting the same taste that the RO purifier should give. Now after about two months, when we found that it takes more than 24 hours for water to fill the capacity, and the temperature of water was extraordinary more, the technician visited saying that the membrane is fused off and needs a replacement and paid as its not under the warranty. I would suggest everybody who is willing to purchase Eureka RO water purifier, please give a second thought. I have never experienced this kind of service for any of my Eureka aquaguards which we used in Chennai, mumbai, pune, kolkatta.
