I visited Looks Saloon in City Walk Mall Saket New Delhi on June 02, 2013 for my haircut.
Who did my haircut he recommend me a L’Oreal product name ‘SCULPTE’ after use that product one time, I found my hairs are falling. I didn’t use that product again after once and I decided to exchange that product with any other product from Looks Saloon. They Even didn’t give me bill for my haircut and for product I purchased of Rs. 1,000 (450 haircut and 550 product).
I visited Looks on June 08, 2013 on my week-off to exchange that product, I met with Mr. Praveen on cash counter and I asked him to exchange this product this is not suitable for me and I don’t know why he recommend this to me.
HE BEHAVED WITH ME VERY BADLY like i’m begging something from him and he refused to exchange that product as well as give copy of bill for that product which he didn’t give me at time of purchase. I never expected this kind of customer service from brand name like LOOKS.
