This is my 3rd yr of subscription with Lonely Planet and the services have been the same lax if not worse.
They collect renewal subscriptions on time but the subscriptions are invariably delayed. Despite several followups and reminders there are either empty promises or no reverts from this team.
Considering that the are a part of TOI one would in the list expect is for the subscriptions to come in on time, even if they do not revert or compensate you for your loss of time and money!
