Hi,
the same complaint I have raised on 21st of July in the forum, but no resolution.
I had given a complaint regarding my plan on 19th Jun’12 and the complaint is not resolved even after 30 days also. every time when i call customer care, they says, you will recieve an update within 48 Hrs. but actually nobody calls me provide the details. I have logged the complaint(#)314266629 on June 19th 2012. they have closed the complaint without resolving the complaint and opened a new complaint on the same. when I asked customer executive, they says to avoid the misses of SLA they are closing the complaint and opening a new ticket for the same so that they meet the SLA. but my complaint is not yet resolved. even I have sent lot mails([email protected], subject ref# M9020611)requesting for the status, even there same thing.
Till now Tata docomo has closed nearly 6 complaint and I have raised only 1 complaint. out of 6, 4 are closed and 2 are pending.

It would be great helpful, if someone farward this issue to the respective Higher officer in Tata Docomo company and resolve my concern as soon as possible.
