We are given request to close my Loan pre closer But the bank side they told 7 working day’s required for generating the Loan pre loser letter. My question When I am paying EMI one time short of Rs.342 short paid for that banker charged Rs.500/- Penalty + interest.
1,Why should I wait up to 7 working day’s for generating pre closer letter.
2. Why should I pay interest for the above.
3. Any RBI guidelines for this?
