Name of company/service: croma store/bajaj finserv

i had bought a microwave from the tata croma store in July 2011. I have paid all the ecs as well as the down payment. However when I have tried to contact the croma or the bajaj finserv with regards to whether they hv stopped the ECS on their end or any details on my account they do not give any answer. Instead we are only given replies that their system is not able to access this information and they keep passing the buck on to each other or to someone else. Sir i do not wish to have the ECS being deducted from my bank especially as i have finished paying my loan.
