Dear Sir,

I want to draw your kind attention of loan fraud of Mr. Ajay Sharma. He had cheated me for loan. I also sent a mail to PNB for the same as he was using PNB name and he has also account in PNB Radhey Puri branch. I requested him many times to return my documents and money but he didn’t return it. Suggestion of PNB mail I lodged a complaint in Jagat Puri Police station on 19th Jan 2013 against Mr. Ajay Sharma ( 9136780813) Residence of 28 New Laylapur Ext, Krishana Nagar Delhi 110051. D.D No. 45B Dt 19/01/13 on 17:00 Hrs.

But police of that station neither taken any action against this person. Might be he gave bribes to police personnel. Therefore I am requesting you to take a strict action.He cheated many person for the name of Loan. I am also requesting you to return my money and documents back.

I want to draw your kind attention against loan fraud for the using PNB LOAN. Mr. Ajay Sharma has taken me Cheque for processing fees for personal loan. I am attaching the copy for the same. He has credit my cheque in his personal PNB Accnt not in PNB.
He was saying that he is an agent of PNB. His Mobile no. is 9136780813. His account detail as follows:-

Pls see the cheque copy for the confirmation.

Kindly take strict action against this person for fraud. Even he is using forged document for consumer loan. This is a very serious matter.
